Advertising is one method of increasing sales but there are others that often go overlooked.
Your call takers, sales people, cashiers, waitstaff, service people… whomever touches the customer has the ability to increase sales. Let me share one example. One of our very first clients was a doctor who performed a cosmetic procedure that he advertised. Before we redesigned his ads we looked at how his business functioned. Here is what we found: His office staff only booked 3.4 appointments for every 10 customers that called. The doctor performed treatments on 6 of 10 consultations and he was getting ready to lower his price from $850 a treatment to $750 a treatment. To summarize he was grossing $1,530 for every 10 phone calls that he received.
We saw room for improvement in these areas so we wrote call scripts and trained his staff how to book appointments, we taught the doctor how to convert more consultations to appointments and do it at a higher ticket price. After our team worked with his staff they went from 3.4 appointments booked per 10 to 5.5. The doctor started performing 7 treatments for every 10 booked and he did it at $1,200 per treatment instead of $750.
His office went from making $1,530 per 10 calls received to $4,620. An increase of $3,090 or 202%. And we did this before we started running our ads… which by the way… doubled the response of what another agency had designed for him
The services we provide are:
- Media Placement- You will no longer have to waste your time taking calls from people trying to sell you advertising. Give them our number or email address and we will evaluate the media. If we like it we will negotiate the lowest cost for you.
- Copywriting- We will write the scripts for all of your radio ads, direct mail letters, TV ads, newspaper and print ads. We will even write the copy for your website.
- Ad Direction- We will direct all graphic design, video and radio ads.
- Graphic Design- We will design all of your direct mail, outdoor, and display ads.
- Business Consulting- We will work with your call center, customer service center and sales force to enhance the customer experience to deliver more sales. Limited to two one-day visits a year at no additional charge. (We are happy to perform onsite consulting. We only ask that you pick up all the travel expenses for the consultant.) Any additional consulting visits are discounted from $3,500 per day to $1,250 per day plus travel expenses.
- Annual Planning Session- We will meet with you in person every 12 months to evaluate the previous year’s results and plan the next year’s. We will meet at the place of your choice. The client is only responsible for any travel expenses.
